Considering the developing situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, on behalf of all at AN Irwin Feeds (Bluegrass Horse Feeds), we apologise for any inconvenience this will put upon you, our valued customers. The safety and well-being of our customers and employees remains our top priority, whilst endeavouring to maintain feed supplies. To aid us dealing with circumstances as they arise, we would ask customers to place orders as early as possible each week until further notice, but with a minimum of 3-4 working days’ notice from normal delivery day.

COLLECTIONS ON SITE
Customers are asked to remain in their vehicles when at the store.
Once in receipt of your goods, pull away from store entrance to parking area and report to office, again limit contact here as much as possible. Hand sanitisers are available on site. At present the reception will remain open, this may change as the situation develops. To further aid the reduction of contact, those customers who come to the mill on multiple occasions during the week, please consider making a once weekly visit instead (we are not suggesting stockpiling of feed). Those with accounts can phone up in advance and place orders, these will then be available for you and charged down to account without your needing to enter the office, when placing orders please indicate collection time.
We ask that in order to protect our delivery network, that customers do not interact with delivery drivers. Delivery paperwork will be emailed.
Our sales team will remain contactable via phone, and can make onsite calls where animal welfare is an issue, however we ask that this is a last case situation, and if Reps come on site, you maintain your distance as far as is possible.
We do not wish to cause alarm and highlight that all the above are temporary measures to protect both our employees and you as our customers.
