The Bellewstown Races August two day festival (28^th-29^th August), kicks off this evening on the Hill of Crockafotha in Co Meath.

Summer isn’t over just yet with two packed evenings of entertainment and great racing at the Bellewstown Races August festival, a summer tradition dating back centuries. The racecourse is situated with magnificent views of Mountains of Mourne to the north and the Irish Sea to the east.

Today (Wednesday, August 28) begins the festival with a focus on flat racing and national hunt day tomorrow. The Topflight Holidays Ladies Day will be held on Thursday with the chance of winning a 4* holiday for two to Sorrento in Italy for 7 nights.
