Delivery Terms & Conditions

• To avoid any delivery charges, please order full pallets of 60-65 bags. This can be made up from a selection of any of our products.
• The minimum order for free delivery is 60 bags.
• Delivery only applies to the Mainland Island of Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland UK, excludes any of the Islands. (Achill Island, Rathlin Island, Scottish Islands etc.)
• For deliveries outside these areas and worldwide please contact the office on 0044 (0) 28 3754 8276.
• You must provide any information which would restrict our delivery lorries from gaining access to your yard or drop off point. Eg. Low bridges, poor access, narrow gateways or lanes. If you are unsure, please contact the office on 0044 (0)28 3754 8276.  
•  Bluegrass Horse Feeds pride themselves in a fast delivery service. Once orders are received, you will receive an email to confirm. You will also receive an email when the order has been dispatched.
• All orders should be delivered within 5 working days or less.
• Please note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays in the UK & Ireland.
• On delivery, please check your order and sign the docket as proof of delivery and that goods are in an acceptable condition. Once the delivery docket is signed the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any products that are delivered that do not meet our standards, please contact the office immediately on email address info@bluegrasshorsefeed.com
  Proof of Damage will be required. eg. digital photograph of damage. All complaints must be recieved by email or fax on 0044 (0) 2837 548 308.
• Deliveries shall be delivered to your yard and left on a pallet with a protective hood.
• The protective hood is applied for transport only and is not intended as a weatherproof cover.
• We advise that the pallet is moved to a cool, dry storage area and that the hood is removed to allow the feed to breath.
• Our Bio Security code means that we cannot accept products returned to the mill.
