we have over 150 years of experience in the milling trade.
However, it is only in the last few years that we have branched out with the launch of our
Bluegrass Horse Feed range. Bluegrass is now strongly established as being Northern Ireland's
number one, only home produced and bagged horse feed company — and our reputation is
growing in the rest of the Irish and UK horse feed market.
The Bluegrass range consists of 17 specialist feeds, ranging from the non-heating
pony or horse mix / pellet, to the higher energy performance mixes and racing
rations. The introduction to KER and Hallways Feeds has seen us establish a
working, knowledge and product alliance bringing some of the best throroughbred
stud feeds in the industries.
We have been working closely with a respected feed analysis laboratory that independently test
Bluegrass feeds so that they comply with F.E.I, B.S.J.A, and Jockey Club rules. Bluegrass
Performance Horse Feeds contain Yea-sacc 1026, a concentrated yeast culture; and Bioplexes,
chelated trace minerals. This assures the horse owner that they have maximum food utilization,
bone formation, muscle tone, and vitality.
